Overview
The CRM Administration section contains links
to tools that enable you to add your company message, customize
Tabs and Fields, Customize Selection Lists, and rename Tabs.
Add Company
Message
- Click the Add Company Message link. This will
take you to the New Company Message page.
- Pick a date that your message should be appeared.
- Pick a date that tells when your message will remain until.
- Type your new company message in the text area box. You can
enter a company message as a plain text or valid HTML code.
- Click the Save Company Message button to
save your new message. Click the Cancel button
to cancel your changes. You will then be taken back to the Home
page.
Custom
Tabs and Fields
- Click the Custom Tabs and Fields link. This
will take you to the Custom Tabs and Fields
page.
- Click the Add Field button, type a name in
the name text box.
- Choose a type from the drop down menu. After the field has
been created there is no way to change its type.
- Click on required check box if you want this field to be required.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
Click the Cancel button to cancel your changes.
You will then be taken back to the Custom Tabs and Fields
page.
- Choose Edit to edit the name of the field
that you have entered. Then click the Update
button to update your changes. Click the Cancel
button to cancel your changes. You will then be taken back to
the Custom Tabs and Fields page.
- Choose Delete to delete the field that you
have entered. Then alert will appear and you can click OK
button to delete the field or click the Cancel
button to leave the field.
Customize
Selection Lists
- Click the Customize Selection Lists link.
This will take you to your Customize Selection Lists
page.
- Select a selection list from below that you want to edit in.
- When you select one of the Selection Lists
you will be able to add new values, delete values, or reorder
values.
- Click the Save button to save any changes
you have made. Click the Cancel button to cancel
any changes you have made. You will then be taken back to the
Customize Selection Lists page.
Rename
My Tabs
- Click the Rename My Tabs link. This will take
you to the Rename Tabs page. From this page
you can rename your tabs. You will find the original tab name
under Tab Name.
- Click the Save button to save any changes
you have made. Click the Cancel button to cancel
any changes you have made. You will then be taken back to the
Customize Selection Lists page.
