Overview
The
Organization Administration section
contains links to tools that enable you to set your default currency,
set default language, and set default time zone.
Customer Self Service Portal Management
- Click the Customer Self Service Portal Management
link. This will take you to the New Self Service Portal
Configuration page.
- You can specify specific pages to redirect the user to on
logout and if there is a login error.
- You can also customize the header and footer of your service
portal using valid HTML code.
- You can also upload your companies’ logo and display
it wherever you want in the header. Place your logo in your
header or footer code to show the Image.
- In the Custom Pages section, enter the full
URL (e.g. https://www.sitename.com/logout.html) in the Logout
URL textbox. Type the URL in the Error URL textbox.
- In the Portal Configuration section, enter
the appropriate content in header and Footer Text area.
- In the logo Section section, you can upload
your own logo from Upload File textbox.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
Click the Cancel button to cancel your changes.
Disk Storage
- Click the Disk Storage link. This will take
you to the Disk Storage page.
- The Disc Storage page shows you number of
records, Storage Used (MB) for each tab.
- Choose a type from the drop down menu. After the field has
been created there is no way to change its type.
- Click on required check box if you want this field to be required.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
Click the Cancel button to cancel your changes.
You will then be taken back to the Custom Tabs and Fields
page.
- Choose Edit to edit the name of the field
that you have entered. Then click the Update
button to update your changes. Click the Cancel
button to cancel your changes. You will then be taken back to
the Custom Tabs and Fields page.
- Choose Delete to delete the field that you
have entered. Then alert will appear and you can click OK
button to delete the field or click the Cancel
button to leave the field.
Edit Organization Information
- Click the Edit Organization Information link.
This will take you to Organization Profile
page.
- This page will show the organization details such as organization
name, phone, fax, etc.
- Click the Edit button to edit or enter new
information.
- Click the Save button to save any changes
you have made. Click the Cancel button to cancel
any changes you have made.
Set Default Currency
- Click the Set Default Currency link. This
will take you to Customize Currency page.
- From Set Default Currency Click the Change
button and select your default currency from the drop down menu.
- Click the Save button to save any changes
you have made. Click the Cancel button to cancel
any changes you have made.
Set Default
Language
- Click the Set Default Language link. This
will take you to Customize Language page.
- From Set Company Default Language Click the
Change button and select your default company’s
language from the drop down menu.
- Click the Save button to save any changes
you have made. Click the Cancel button to cancel
any changes you have made.
Set
Default Time Zone
- Click the Set Default Time Zone link. This
will take you to Choose Time Zone page.
- From Set Company Default Time Zone click
the Change button and select your default company’s
time zone from the drop down menu.
- Click the Save button to save any changes
you have made. Click the Cancel button to cancel
any changes you have made.
Grant
Salesboom Technical Support Login Permission
- Click the Grant Salesboom Technical Support Login Permissions
link. This will take you to the Grant Salesboom Technical
Support Login Permissions page.
- In the Date and Time text box enter the date
and time.
- Salesboom technical personnel may need to enter your account
when you need assistance. To allow Salesboom technical personnel
to enter your account, please enter a date and time below. The
date and time you enter will indicate that you give Salesboom
technical personnel permission to enter your account anytime
up until the date and time entered. If you do not wish Salesboom
technical personnel to enter your account, simply leave the
field below empty.
- Click the Save button to save any changes
you have made. Click the Cancel button to cancel
any changes you have made. You will then be taken back to the
Customize Selection Lists page.
