What is a Quote?

A Quote is a formal statement by the vendor promising a customer to deliver requested products or services in a specified time frame including sales prices and many other details such as discounts rates and tax rate.
A Sales Quote consists of a Quote number, issuing date, response deadline, products or services including the quantities and prices based on your Price list, duration of the contract and Terms & Conditions. In Salesboom Cloud CRM Software you can create a quote directly from the Quote tap page.

Creating a Quote

You have been in frequent contact with Ms. Miley at ABC Company, working on a pending business deal and eventually you won the deal. As a result you must create a quote for this deal.

Go to the Quote tab page and select add quote, then choose if its' an Existing Opportunity or a New Opportunity.
Click the continue button and choose an opportunity then click continue.
Choose to Add products or Edite products then Choose the specified products from the available products list then click save.
Fill the required Sales and Quote information then click save.
