Enhanced Custom Tabs and Fields are the latest addition to
Salesboom.com`s already customizable CRM Software. This new
functionality allows anyone with administrative access to
specify exactly what information is to be displayed while
viewing Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products,
Cases, Quotes and Projects. With the click of a button you
can quickly and easily; create, name, specify if it is to
be a required field and even select the type of field from
a drop down list, for example, check box, email, numeric,
text, selection list and more.
Custom Tab and Field creation is conveniently accessed via
the Control Panel under CRM Administration providing you with
a single location to manage all customizations. The point
and click customization tools make this a simple process requiring
no IT experience or software development.
This new Salesboom.com functionality allows any organization
to suit our Platform to their specific needs with Tabs that
are relevant to commonly used terms from their industry. The
Salesboom.com Custom Tab Editor allows you to name tabs, enable
reporting on the tab, specify security access levels and select
an icon to be displayed next to the tab. No longer must organizations
make their business fit a software solution, Salesboom.com`s
CRM Software can fit any business requirements. Once a Custom
Tab is created, users simply follow the same steps used to
create Custom Fields to populate this new tab with the desired
information. While setting up Custom Tabs and entering the
fields you desire you have the option to hide the new Tab
until it is finished ensuring no one begins entering data
that may end up deleted. This advanced tool has already been
deployed to Salesboom.com customers as part of our constant

into the desired page and even change the look and feel of
the capture tool to fit the appearance of your web site. Once
the Custom Web Capture Tool is live on your web site, all
those who fill out the form and click submit are instantly
captured and saved within your Salesboom.com Platform. This
information is now automatically assigned to a member of your
organization and can be reported on, used as part of a mailing
list, used to track customer support issues or leveraged in
any way to benefit your organization.
