designed to accomplish this is our Drip Marketing tool,
a powerful process which removes the headaches of sending
messages to any number of people. This feature is integrated
with our mass email functionality and allows you to arrange
specific email schedules for each campaign you wish to
send emails through.
To benefit from our Drip Marketing
tool you simply need to figure the schedule you wish to
contact leads via email and chose an email template. You
can either use one of our premade professional html templates
or create your own. Once you have chosen your desired
template all you need to do is insert your message, whether
it is marketing, invoicing or any other topic, then Salesboom
will take care of the rest. Following the preset schedule
emails will be automatically merged and sent without requiring
you to enter any addresses. This ensures information is
entered correctly since Salesboom draws from the original
data source entered or captured for each lead.
There is no limit to what you can
use Salesboom’s Drip Marketing tool for; send newsletters,
promotions, product enhancements, invoices and recurring
bills all while maintaining a consistent company image.
All emails will be logged into your email history and

has been working hard to close the gap between Web Based
CRM Software and on premise solutions, designed with this
in mind the Salesboom Offline Edition is to be released
shortly. The Offline Edition is obtained through a light
weight application downloaded to a desktop or laptop computer.
This application appears and operates just as our Web
Based platform does and includes the exact tabs like Leads,
Opportunities, Contacts and Accounts making adoption a
breeze.

our Offline Edition you can operate within Salesboom from
anywhere, even without an internet connection, and it
will function as though you were online. All the fields
will be the same and you have the ability to add or edit
existing records like Leads and Contacts while on the
go, a perfect solution for Sales Reps or Customer Service
Agents who spend time in the field.
The Offline Edition is equipped
with a simple synch feature which allows you to easily
synch all information from your Offline Edition with your
company’s central database. This will instantly update
all records you have changed or added while in the field
meaning there is no need to enter duplicate data or large
amounts of information at one time. The Offline Edition
is now in the final stages of preparation and will be
ready for our clients shortly. |
