Drag and Drop Layout Editor |
We have recently enhanced the functionality
of our AJAX driven Drag and Drop Page Layout Editor making
this tool even more user friendly. With our Enhanced Drag
and Drop Page Layout Editor, users can arrange fields
by simply clicking on a field and dragging it to new a
location, no longer is technical experience required to
customize your platform’s layout. Areas of Salesboom.com
the Layout Editor can be used to quickly customize include
campaigns, leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, contracts,
cases, solutions, products, projects and invoices.

One feature we have added to enhance our Drag and Drop Page
Layout Editor is the ability to extend its reach beyond
standard fields and now allow all custom fields to also
be easily relocated or hidden. The Layout Editor can also
be used to quickly and easily rename any field to create
a finely tailored Cloud CRM System solution that operates and appears
in a way that best suits your business. The Enhanced Drag
and Drop Page Layout Editor is found in the Control Panel
under Customize Page Layouts, all customizable areas of
the Salesboom.com platform are conveniently located in this
single area making customizing your page layouts a snap. |
New Email Client
in the Works
Salesboom.com, the only Web Based
Cloud CRM vendor to offer an Email Client is now in the works
of completely revamping our Email Client to drastically
increase speed and ease of use. The new Salesboom.com
Email Client is designed to replace all other Email Clients
allowing users to complete all tasks within a single platform.
Features of our new Email Client will include a built
in HTML editor, IMAP, pop3 and SMTP settings along with
the ability to define port numbers, a connection strength
tester, Email to Lead and Email to Case creation and our
mail merge functionality will be extended to all areas
of Salesboom.com.
While operating within our new Email
Client all emails and attachments will automatically be
saved within your sent and received folder inside Salesboom.com.
Users of our new Email Client will also be able to easily
create and store HTML templates within Salesboom.com with
no more need to paste external HTML into emails. Once
templates have been stored, users will be able to use
our mail merge feature in even more areas of Salesboom.com
than currently possible to send out personalized emails
quicker than ever. The new Email Client has been designed
to meet the highest standards and much has been incorporated
from our customer Request a Feature responses. |
