Outlook Edition 3.0 Released
Since the very first release of Salesboom.com’s
Outlook Edition which seamlessly integrates Outlook with
the Salesboom.com CRM Platform we have been working on
advancing its functionality. Continuing on this path we
have just released the 3rd generation of our popular Outlook
Edition which is included within all of Salesboom.com’s
CRM Editions at no extra charge. Version 3.0 of our Outlook
Edition can be leverage after a lightweight download to
your computer and includes great advancements designed
to increase its ease of use, functionality and synching
capabilities.
While improving our Outlook Edition
we included many suggestions received via our Request
a Feature form located at within the Salesboom.com Platform
to ensure the needs of all our clients were met. The Enhanced
Outlook Edition released as Version 2.0 added the ability
to synch contacts, tasks, appointments, emails, cases,
accounts, opportunities and even notes from MS Outlook
to Salesboom.com. For Outlook Edition 3.0 we improved
the synching process in order to create a very user friendly
tool and have extended the synching capabilities to include
calendar events.
Now while using Outlook Edition
3.0 which is included in all Salesboom.com CRM Editions,
users are able to seamlessly synch all data from Microsoft
Outlook to the Salesboom.com Platform. This ensures that
no matter which platform people wish to operate within
they will have the comfort of knowing their data is readily

the End User. Located on an editable timeline graph is
a description of the duties involved in each of these
roles and the time period for execution. The roles and
duties can be changed and moved along the timeline graph
to fit any organization’s goals acting as a great way
to manage the big picture and keep everyone on track.

is packed with detailed descriptions of each step in the
order they should be carried out. Everything from laying
out your business objectives and processes to setting
