Where We Are Heading in 2008
Over the past year Salesboom has spent a lot of time and resources
on advancing our technologies to better serve our clients in 2008.
We have focused largely on increasing the functionality and flexibility
of our CRM Software by creating a platform that can be easily customized
to your specific requirements and adopted by any employee, no matter
how limited their technologic experience. An area which received a
lot of attention was our Web Services API, a highly advanced Web Services
API allows for speedy implementation and easy platform customizations,
whether by our Professional Services Department or your own team of
IT developers.
Our
first step to achieving these advancements was a CRM User Behavior
Study which researched how 15,000 of our participating clients
used our CRM Software in their business environment. Our CRM
Behavior Research began back in April of 2006 and was released
in October of 2007. The release of this study is still only
the beginning; we continuously gather information from the CRM
Industry and like to stay in close contact with our clients
allowing us to tailor our platform to better serve a wide range
of businesses in the years to come.
In order to make the appropriate changes required to boost user adoption
we incorporated AJAX into our CRM Software which allows particular
customizations to be carried out quickly and easily even if you are
not a trained IT developer. AJAX allows any employee to customize
the appearance of their CRM Software with the click of a button. More
advanced customizations and platform integrations have been streamlined
with the advancement of our Web Services API, so no matter how large
your project, we have made it a much easier process.

2008 is looking to be a bright year for our CRM Software; much
work has gone into developing Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX)
which brings an entirely new level of functionality to our clients.
