Which On Demand Salesboom.com CRM Edition?

Enterprise Edition is designed for larger small business with networked environments with multiple divisions and teams. Included are a full suite of tabbed modules, enhanced support features, a self-service portal, campaigns, XML based integration to applications and 250 customizable tabs. Off-line version and wireless are also available at an additional charge.

Professional Edition is designed for the non-departmental small business that need all the functionality of a large user without the need for a self-service portal, campaigns, XML integration and a maximum of 100 customizable tabs.

Team Edition is designed for the small business to service from 6 to 10 users maximum. Many of the tabbed modules are included; however, solutions, escalation procedures in case management, XML integration or multiple divisions and teams are excluded. The maximum number of customizable tabs is five and storage is not upgradeable.
